How to use LifeWave patches with the placement map

Use this reference to choose the correct LifeWave patch, confirm the body point, and review timing, rotation, and safety notes before applying a patch.

  1. 1

Choose the patch for your wellness goal

Start with the product protocol for X39, X49, IceWave, Silent Nights, Energy Enhancer, Y-Age, Alavida, SP6 Complete, or AcuLife.

  2. 2

Match the patch to the body point

Use the front and back map to locate the point code, then read the point description and related protocol before applying.

  3. 3

    Apply to clean, dry skin

Place patches on intact skin, follow white and tan placement notes where a two-patch product is used, and avoid irritated areas.

  4. 4

    Follow duration and rotation guidance

Most protocols use up to 12 hours of wear. Rotate sites when the same point is used repeatedly or if adhesive sensitivity appears.

  5. 5

    Review safety notes

Remove patches if skin irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional for pregnancy, active cancer, blood thinner use, implanted electronic devices, severe pain, or unclear placement.

Patch protocols and usage notes

Patch: X39® Patches

X39 Basic Protocol

Daily, 12 hours on and 12 hours off

General vitality, energy, and cellular renewal support

Steps

  1. 1. CV6: Apply one X39 patch to CV6, about two finger widths below the navel. Up to 12 hours. Morning application is common. Rotate away from irritated skin.
  2. 2. ARM-R: Optional rotation site: use either upper arm instead of CV6 when the abdomen needs a rest day. Up to 12 hours. Alternate left and right arms when using arm placement.

Tips

CV6 is the primary local knowledge-base placement. Upper arm placement is a rotation option, not a second simultaneous patch.

Safety notes

Do not use during pregnancy. Consult a healthcare professional if you have active cancer, use blood thinners, or have an implanted electronic device near the placement area.

Patch: X49™ Patches

X49 Performance Protocol

Daily, 12 hours on and 12 hours off

  2. 2. ARM-L: Optional rotation site: use either upper arm if rotating away from CV6. Up to 12 hours. Rotate left and right arm placement.

Tips

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have active cancer, use blood thinners, or have an implanted electronic device near the placement area.

Patch: IceWave® Patches

IceWave Lower Back Protocol

As needed during discomfort, up to 12 hours per day

Tips

IceWave uses one white and one tan patch. Placement is adjusted around the painful area, not directly on the spine.

Safety notes

Do not apply to broken skin. Seek medical evaluation for severe pain, numbness, weakness, fever, or pain radiating down the legs.

Patch: IceWave® Patches
