About Y-Age Carnosine Patches
Y-Age Carnosine supports the carnosine side of the healthy-aging protocol. Carnosine is naturally present in the body, especially in muscles and the nervous system, and is associated with cellular protection, brain health, antioxidant support, and defense against age-related protein damage.
This patch is a strong fit when the goal is mental clarity, muscle performance, or long-term cellular resilience. In the Y-Age System, Carnosine complements Aeon and Glutathione by focusing on tissue protection and vitality rather than stress response or detox support alone.
How to Use

Conception Vessel 6 (Sea of Energy)
Located on the abdominal midline about 1.5 cun, or roughly two finger widths, below the navel. This is the main placement for X39, X49, Glutathione, and many navel-area alternate protocols.
⚠️ Rotate sites if skin becomes irritated.
Gallbladder 20 — Right (Wind Pool)
Located at the base of the skull, in the hollow between the neck muscles. Local Y-Age Carnosine guidance lists GB20 as the primary placement point.
⚠️ Keep placement below the skull ridge and away from hair if adhesion is poor.
Gallbladder 20 — Left (Wind Pool)
Located at the base of the skull, in the hollow between the neck muscles. Mirror point to GB20-R for Y-Age Carnosine placement.
⚠️ Keep placement below the skull ridge and away from hair if adhesion is poor.
